Julius Afolabi is A value Improvement Strategist, An Author, a Teacher, a Premium Business and Career Optimization Coach, and a Corporate Detoxifier. I grew up in a small town called Zaria in Kaduna State Nigeria, and began my entrepreneurial journey as a boy in an enterprising home in my mum’s trading shop. It was basically more of an informal Business apprenticeship. The Masterful Premium Result System I teach today was first launched in my secondary schools, where I first developed and implemented the Failure and U-Turn Management to defeat my SSCE failure war when I interrupted the pattern in my final year. I loved reading and was swayed by the crowd mentality that science students study the most while my best abilities were in business studies, a few months in my final year, I decided differently and signed an undertaking to pass the commercial subjects I switched to with the school, I created a system to achieve that reality and that system has yielded results for me and many others till date. I also had my first job experience as a teacher and used the same service value as a support system throughout my university period. I believe in the Bible, Family, Premium Performance, Business and Career Value Improvement, Fairness, Human Capital Excellence, Authenticity, Mastery, Selling, Making Money and Humanity.

I worked in the Bank for a Decade with an exceptional performance Scorecard in Several Departments such as Branch Operations, Business Development, Business Process Re-engineering, Operational Excellence and Transformation. While working in the bank, I launched and earned my first 7-figure Income from Coaching and Consulting. Yet launched my first distributorship business that grew from sub--sub-sub-distributor to Regional Strategic Partners with 7 Figure Income. I was relieved of my job during the disruptive right-sizing era in 2012 and with the aid of Self Awareness Solitude, Personal Reinvention and Pilot Simulation Mastery, I decided to delve FULLY into Consulting, Training and Performance Improvement, Premium Business and Career optimisation Coaching which I did part-time in the first instance but now full time. My 10 years of Corporate Experience plus over 17 years of street and Business Enterprise has enabled me to Gain Unique Skills and Capacity to help many Business owners, Leaders and Experienced Career persons to Upskill, Upscale and Sell their value Profitably without hype.
